The Blu Tech Carrying Case: Our carrying case is designed to use the AR3 inside the case. It has special zippers that allow you to quick connect your AR3 to your RV while in the case. It has carrying handles as well as a comfortable shoulder strap to make it convenient to take with you anywhere.
Garden Hose Quick Connects + Filter Housing Key:Your AR3 will come with stainless steel garden hose quick connects in the box. These will allow you to quick connect your AR3 to any standard garden hose. A filter housing key is included for filter changes, allowing you to loosen the filter housing rings and change your filters!
Filters AlreadyInstalled: Your AR3 will come with your first set of filters already in the stainless steel canisters. The Sediment “LONGEVITY” Filter will be in the canister by the inlet, the "0.2 Micron High Flow Filter*" will be in the middle canister, and the Granular Activated Carbon Coconut Shell "TASTY” Filter will be in the canister by the outlet.

This warranty applies to purchases made directly from our Blu Technology Amazon Store. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable. All items under warranty are covered under warranty for a
“one-time” replacement, future replacements would not be covered.
The warranty for our product is provided under the condition that any issues including but not limited to defects upon delivery or missing items must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of delivery. All warranty issues will be fully evaluated
by Blu Technology technicians to verify the cause. claims, and we reserve the right to reject if claims fall outside the warranty coverage

Up to 90 days upon receiving your order, you will have a limited warranty that will cover:
The original unit will be repaired or replaced, once the claimed defect is verified in accordance with this policy.
The original non-attached parts will be repaired or replaced, once the claimed defect is verified in accordance with this policy.
In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage remains with the same ending date (original purchase). Blu Technology reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
Stainless Steel housing dents that are 1/2 inches or greater are eligible for a housing exchange only.
We will cover all noted parts and labor at our expense, if the item is still under warranty and has a verified approved claim
What will we do to correct problems?
Blu Technology will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Limited Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Blu Technology is 90 days from the date of purchase
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Normal wear and tear of parts, which require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit.
Any unit that has been tampered with, disassembled or used for commercial purposes.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance, or damage due to mishandling in transit.
Consequential and incidental damages.
Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by Blu Technology. These defects include damage caused in the process of shipping, altering, installing or repairing the Blu Technology product (or any of its parts) when the repair/installation is performed
by a repair person or consumer, not authorized by Blu Technology.
Dings and blemishes 1/2 inches or less are not included in the warranty
Excludes all unsealed filters which are considered final sales.
Using Purification Elements, water containing mineral salts, brackish water, or saltwater voids all warranties and returns.
Using chemicals to clean or maintain the unit that cause damage to the surface or parent materials of the units or accessories. Testing may be required to verify claim.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at warranty@goblutech.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Blu Technology reserves the sole right to determine if the customer meets the requirements of any warranty, return, exchange, damage, final sale and/or refund policy.
If a warranty claim is within 90 days after receiving the product and a replacement needs to be sent to the customer, the shipping will be at no cost to the customer
Blu Technology may require pictures and or video prior to authorizing any warranty, return, exchange, damage, final sale and/or refund policy.
