30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Blu Technology is proud to be a Veteran Owned and Operated business that takes great pride in its craftmanship and design. Our products are designed to last, and we stand behind that with the "GoBluTech Guarantee". If your purchase didn't help you accomplish your goal, or you just are not happy, send it back within 30 days of receipt of the package for a full refund minus any shipping fees, restocking/handling fees, or processing fee(s), if applicable. Products are required to be returned in the original packaging to protect from shipping damage.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Blu Technology LLC encourages you to test your product within 5 days of being received. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within (5) days of the item being discovered as defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue immediately and make it right.
90-day Limited Warranty
Our Warranties apply to purchases made directly from our website www.goblutech.com or from authorized retailers of Blu Technology LLC. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable. All items under warranty are covered under warranty for a “one-time” replacement, future replacements would not be covered.
The warranty for our product is provided under the condition that any issues including but not limited to defects upon delivery or missing items must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of delivery.
All warranty issues will be fully evaluated by Blu Technology technicians to verify the cause of identified claims, and we reserve the right to reject if claims fall outside the warranty coverage.
Up to 90 days upon receiving your order, you will have a limited warranty that will cover:
- The original unit will be repaired or replaced, once the claimed defect is verified in accordance with this policy.
- The original non-attached parts will be repaired or replaced, once the claimed defect is verified in accordance with this policy.
- In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage remains with the same ending date (original purchase). Blu Technology reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
- Stainless Steel housing dents that are 1/2 inches or greater are eligible for a housing exchange only.
- We will cover all noted parts and labor at our expense, if the item is still under warranty and has a verified approved claim.
What will we do to correct problems?
- Blu Technology will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
- The Limited Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Blu Technology is 90 days from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Normal wear and tear of parts, which require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit.
- Any unit that has been tampered with, disassembled or used for commercial purposes.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance, or damage due to mishandling in transit.
- Consequential and incidental damages.
- Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by Blu Technology. These defects include damage caused in the process of shipping, altering, installing or repairing the Blu Technology product (or any of its parts) when the repair/installation is performed by a repair person or consumer, not authorized by Blu Technology.
- Dings and blemishes 1/2 inches or less are not included in the warranty.
- Excludes all unsealed filters which are considered final sales.
- Using Purification Elements, water containing mineral salts, brackish water, or saltwater voids all warranties and returns.
- Using chemicals to clean or maintain the unit that cause damage to the surface or parent materials of the units or accessories. Testing may be required to verify claim.
What do you have to do?
To obtain a warranty service, you must first contact us at warranty@goblutech.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Blu Technology reserves the sole right to determine if the customer meets the requirements of any warranty, return, exchange, damage, final sale and/or refund policy.*
The pack out process for all orders are documented on video and we must review our packing and shipping materials before honoring any warranty.
If a warranty claim is made within 30 days after receiving the product and a replacement needs to be sent to the customer, the shipping will be at no cost to the customer.
If any return/warranty claim is made and approved after 30 days post delivery, we require the customer to return the product to our facility at their cost.
*Blu Technology may require pictures and or video prior to authorizing any warranty, return, exchange, damage, final sale and/or refund policy.

EXCLUSIONS:
The water softener cap will have a maximum of 90 days of warranty.
Items marked as final sale are ineligible for returns or refunds (i.e. water filters) and may not be exchanged for cosmetic reasons or any other reason. Blu Technology will not accept any water filter return if the package seal is broken and or if the water filter has been used.
All used or opened packaged filters are considered "final sales" due to sanitary, health reasons! No exceptions.
All items bought on flash sale are final sales and are not eligible for cancellation.
