This warranty applies to purchases made directly from our Amazon Store. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable. All items under warranty are covered under warranty for a “one-time” replacement, future replacements would not be covered.
The warranty for our product is provided under the condition that any issues including but not limited to defects upon delivery or missing items must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of delivery. All warranty issues will be fully evaluated by Blu Technology technicians to verify the cause. claims, and we reserve the right to reject if claims fall outside the warranty coverage

Blu Technology reserves the sole right to determine if the customer meets the requirements of any warranty, return, exchange, damage, final sale and/or refund policy.
If a warranty claim is within 90 days after receiving the product and a replacement needs to be sent to the customer, the shipping will be at no cost to the customer, if over 90 days then shipping will be at cost to the customer.
Blu Technology may require pictures and or video prior to authorizing any warranty, return, exchange, damage, final sale and/or refund policy.
