**Public Notice: Fraudulent Orders & Threats of Defamatory Postings**
Dear Valued Customers,We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. We at Blu Technology want to take a moment to address a pressing matter that has come to our attention. However, before diving into the details, we would like to extend our gratitude for your continued support and loyalty.
Unfortunately, we have recently encountered a surge in fraudulent orders placed through our website and Amazon store. It has come to our attention that certain buyers have been utilizing stolen credit cards to make purchases, other fraudulent claims include individuals claiming that the orders have not been delivered, plus a plethora of chargebacks. Moreover, we have reason to believe that some of these individuals are reselling the products they obtained for free via these chargebacks on external platforms such as Amazon. These same bad actors also appear to be behind creating various knock-offs of Blu Tech's patented and patent-pending products!!
At Blu Technology, we take privacy and customer security very seriously. Our zero tolerance fraud policy aligns with our commitment to ensuring a safe and trustworthy shopping experience for all customers. As part of our ongoing efforts to combat fraud and protect the privacy of our customers, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent.
While we understand that this may be disappointing for those affected, it is crucial to stress that these measures are in place to safeguard your personal information and maintain the integrity of our business. Our decision to cancel these flagged orders is based on extensive investigation and consultation with legal authorities. Our priority is to maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure transparency throughout this challenging situation.
Additionally, it has come to our attention that some affected buyers including a non-Blu Tech RV influencer has resorted to threats of negative postings on various social media platforms. We strongly urge against such actions, as they may not only violate our privacy policy but also harm our ability to address these concerns effectively plus is illegal to defame, which can lead to unnecessarylegal action(s). Engaging in defamatory behavior does not foster productive dialogue and may hinder our ability to assist those impacted in a timely and efficient manner. If any of our customers or affiliates see such a posting please report the information to service@goblutech.com immediately. We will be sure to reward you.
Further, these SAME BAD ACTORS are leaving FALSE NEGATIVE reviews to try to harm us!

Oh my! Yes, you’re the 6th influencer that has reported this to us. And yes they’re back in court against the I.S. government and hopefully they can shut this fraudulent company down because the general publics health is at risk. I say this for many reasons, but especially because a few customers have reported they have tested their filters and conclude they’re dangerous. I can confirm they stated to us that their filters are all made in China.

I’m one of your affiliates and Crystala literally contacted me to ask to basically double-cross Blu Tech and become one of theirs affiliates! I wasn’t impressed! Very shady company! I did look them up and they were in court in 2018 and again currently against the U.S. government. So I’m not sure how they’re still allowed to sell but hopefully they get shut down. Especially since a buddy of mine that’s also an affiliate was sent their knock-off R3 out of the blue, it didn’t come with filters plus the frame wasn’t carbon fiber, the canisters were so thin and nearly bendable… I laughed because it broke after 3 times of use! Oh and the company’s filters come from China account to their custoker server, so no doubt this fraudulent lookalike is also made in China! Such a scam!
